BSU and NCCU Remain Undefeated in 2007 CIAA Softball Championships
Saint Augustine's and Shaw Eliminated From Championships
 
PETERSBURG, Va. - April 20, 2007- The 2007 CIAA Softball Championships got underway yesterday and similar to last year, Bowie State University and the defending champion Lady Eagles of North Carolina Central University remain undefeated and advance in the winner's bracket.

The winner of the BSU/NCCU game will automatically advance to the CIAA Softball Championship game to be played at 12:00 noon Saturday on the campus of Virginia State University.
 
The losers of the JCSU/VSU and FSU/ECSU contests will be eliminated from the tournament.
