CIAA Senior Woman Administrators
The Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) is an institutional position legislated by the NCAA.
The role of the SWA is to partner with the Athletic Director to
assist the President or Chancellor in the development of the total
student-athlete, while directly reflecting the mission of the
Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association. They have the ability
to unify the campus community across all departments. SWAs exchange

The SWA serves as a valued spokesperson at the institution, throughout the local community and nationally.
