VSU TO INDUCT 26 INTO HALL OF FAME/WALL OF FAME

The Virginia State University Athletic
Boosters will induct 26 individuals into the VSU Athletic Hall of
Fame and the VSU Wall of Fame on Saturday at the Lee Club in Fort
Lee, Va.
The Boosters will induct 13 each into the Hall and Wall of
Fame.
The Wall of Fame inductees include such luminaries as Richard
Booker, who was the Treasurer of the VSU Athletic Club for over 30
years; Rudolph Powell, a founding member of the VSU Athletic
Boosters; and Ann C. Taylor, Vice-President of the Petersburg
Library Association.
The Hall of Fame inductees include current VSU Athletic Director
Peggy Davis, former Canadian Football League star and All-CIAA
football player Rufus Crawford, and Associated Press Small College
All-American basketball player Vic Jones.
The induction will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
