Father of CIAA Commissioner passes

Leon H. Kerry, father of CIAA Commissioner Leon G. Kerry pass away this evening.  He was 96 years old.

Leon H. Kerry graduated from Hampton Institute (now Hampton University) and was a loyal fan of the CIAA for 79 years.

The funeral for the elder Mr. Kerry will be Tuesday, April 26, at Bethel AME Church, 12 noon. The address is 94 Lincoln Street, Hampton, VA 23669-3507. The telephone number is (757) 723-4065.
