VSU'S MCENHIMER NAMED TO DAKTRONICS ALL-REGION TEAM

Virginia State University's Shawn McEnhimer has been named to the second-team of the Daktronics' All-Atlantic Region Baseball Team, Daktronics announced on Wednesday (May 13).

McEnhimer, a senior from Chesterfield, Va., led the Trojans with eight home runs and 49 runs batted in this past season and made the All-Atlantic Second-Team as a designated hitter.
McEnhimer collected 100 total bases as he led the Trojans to their third straight CIAA Baseball Tournament Championship.
McEnhimer is one of only two CIAA players named to either the first or second teams. Anthione Shaw of Saint Augustine's College was named to the second-team at the shortstop position.
