Comments:
Nate Mitchell helped the Hawks to a 2-2 week after posting big numbers at the plate and in the field against #10 USC-Aiken and Shaw University. Mitchell went 9-16 at the plate over four games with 10 runs scored, 9 RBI, 3 doubles, and 4 homeruns. He was also 3-3 in stolen bases and had 11 putouts in both centerfield and right field. In a 21-2 win over Shaw he was 4-4 with 5 RBI and 6 runs scored with 2 doubles and 2 homeruns.

 Chowan's Head Coach Aaron Carroll, guided his team to a 2-2 week with his first-ever CIAA wins over Shaw this weekend. Carroll and his squad are currently 10-13-1 overall and 3-3 in CIAA play.
