2008 CIAA Football Season Nears: CIAA Football Press Conference and Luncheon Date Announced

Hampton, VA The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) will hold its annual Football Press Conference and Luncheon on July 24, 2008 at 11:30am in Jones Dining Hall on the campus of Virginia State University, Petersburg, VA.

Annually, this event offers each coach an opportunity to share his reflections on the past year and reveal candid thoughts on the upcoming season.

This event's emcee, Stan Lewter of Urban Sports and Entertainment, will announce the Pre-Season All-CIAA Team and Predicted Order of Finish as selected by the CIAA Football Coaches Association.

The CIAA is also welcoming Chowan University to the conference this year; adding another exciting twist to what we already know will be a nail-biting season.
