VUU Athletic Director Michael Bailey Tapped Head Football Coach

RICHMOND, VA - Virginia Union University officials have appointed Michael Bailey, current athletic director as its head football coach. 

Bailey served as the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator during the 1995-2001 seasons.  During the 2001 season, VUU won its last CIAA Championship in football. 

He is a 1987 graduate of Virginia Union University and takes over a program that finished 5-5 last season.
