ECSU's McNeill Named Boxtorow.com National Player of the Week

Elizabeth City State running back Daronte McNeill was named the Boxtorow.com National Player of the Week after his 11-carry, 290-yard 2-TD performance, in ECSU's 55-14 victory over Chowan on Saturday.

McNeill will make his first appearance on the nationally syndicated FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW.  The show airs on 33 radio stations around the country, including Fridays from 6 - 7 p.m. on WRVS-FM 89.9 in Elizabeth City and Eastern, NC.

FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW host Donal Ware interviewed McNeill this week.  The interview is also posted at www.boxtorow.com.  ECSU wide receiver Dexter Manley won the award earlier in the year.
