Both NCAA Division II All-American honors are the first in Lincoln University history.

On the defensive line, Green, a member of the All-CIAA Defensive First Team, led the CIAA and NCAA Division II with 17 sacks for a loss of 119 yards. He ranked tops in NCAA Division II in sacks by averaging 1.50 per game and was second in the country in tackles for loss, averaging 2.30 per contest. Joining Green on the 2011 ECAC Football Division II All-Starts was teammate and senior linebacker Daron Jones (Baltimore, Md./Cardinal Gibbons HS).
Jones, a native of Baltimore, Md., had a spectacular senior season for the Lions by finishing second on the team in tackles – third in the CIAA in that category – with 110, including 70 solos.
