Notice Regarding Tickets to the 2006 CIAA Basketball Tournament

NOTICE REGARDING TICKETS TO THE 2006 CIAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

THIS MESSAGE CONTAINS UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS TO THE 2006 CIAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT. PATRONS ARE URGED TO READ THIS MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY.

 If you have not purchased tickets

The last day to submit your order to the conference office for tickets to the 2006 CIAA Basketball Tournament will be February 10, 2006. Orders received after 2-10-06 will be returned to the sender. Patrons may purchase tickets at the Charlotte Bobcats arena, Monday February 27, 2006, at 10:00am. General admission, individual session tickets will be available for purchase 2-27-06 thru 3-1-06 only. GA tickets will be $5.00 per session. Reserved, individual session seating will be available for adults to purchase 2-27-06 thru 3-2-06 (as long as quantities are available). Students, with pictured ID (from any institution) may purchase reserved individual session tickets beginning Monday 2-27-06 thru Saturday 3-4-06 (based on availability.) Adults cannot purchase individual session tickets for Friday’s and Saturday’s session ( 3-3-06 and 3-4-06 respectively) and therefore, are required to purchase the ticket booklet to gain admittance to these games. Ticket booklets are $100 each and will be available at the Bobcats arena, 2-27-06.

If you have purchased tickets

The conference office is processing ticket requests forms now. We expect to have the majority of the orders shipped (if you indicated “ship” on your request) by 2-15-06. Patrons who requested “Will Call” may pick-up their order at the Charlotte Bobcats arena Monday, February 27, 2006. Please note the “will call” pick-up date has changed from the previous date, 2-25-06.

Due to the high volume of phone calls we are receiving in regards to tickets, your call may not be returned. If you call to cancel your request, leave your full name. Patrons who submitted their payment by check will receive a refund. Purchases made via credit card will be credited to the individual’s account. If you would like to have a ticket request form faxed or mailed to you, please leave your fax number and/or full name and complete address with zip code on the voicemail system.

Remember, the deadline to submit your order is February 10, 2006.
