Men’s Player of the Week
Antonio Fitzgerald–Saint Augustine’s College, 6’1”, 180, JR, Guard, Danville, VA
Fitzgerald, the CIAA’s leading scorer, averaged 23 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.6 assists as Saint Augustine’s posted wins over 14th ranked Johnson C. Smith, Livingstone and North Carolina Central this week.

Men’s Rookie of the Week
Anthony Hilliard–Elizabeth City State, 6’3”, 185, FR, Guard, Fayetteville, NC
In three games this week, Hilliard averaged 13 points, 10.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists to earn Rookie of the Week honors for second consecutive week. In the Vikings’ 101-61 win over Saint Paul’s, Hilliard posted a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds. Hilliard was also 5 for 5 from the field and finished with 12 points and six rebounds in a 69-57 loss to fifth ranked Virginia Union.

Coach of the Week
Thomas Hargrove-Saint Augustine’s College
Coach Hargrove and the Falcons extended their winning streak to eight games and moved into the lead in the Western Division with a 92-78 win over 14th ranked Johnson C. Smith, an 87-59 win over Livingstone and a tough 63-53 road win over North Carolina Central. With their three victories this week the Falcons improve to 14-3 and 5-1 in the division.
