Crews played one of his best games of the season, recording a double-double (26 points and 18 rebounds) in the Bulldogs' 76-64 home victory against the defending CIAA Champions of Johnson C. Smith University.

Newcomer of the Week - Notes of Interest: 

In two games this week, Cooke averaged 24 points ,6.5 rebounds and five assists. In addition to his performance against Shaw, he tallied 24 points, three steals and three assists against St. Augustine's; while shooting 7-10 from the free throw line.

Coach of the Week

Darrell Brooks, Bowie State University
Brooks led the Bulldogs to a convincing 76-64 conference victory over Johnson C. Smith (Nov. 30, 2009), improving BSU to 3-1 in the CIAA (3-2 overall).
