VSU Mourns the Loss of Former Tennis Sensation Daron Jack, Jr

Former Virginia State University men's tennis standout, Daron Jack, Jr., a senior engineering major from Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be missed by the CIAA family in the wake of his untimely passing.

Daron was a young man of promise, a skilled tennis player and a positive representative of Virginia State University Athletics. He teamed with John Lanier and formed the best men's doubles team in the conference during the 2009-10 season. As a team, they were ranked #4 in the ITA Atlantic Region in 2009-10. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to his family and friends.
