Coach Miguel Justiniano finished back-to-back doubleheaders on
Saturday and Sunday with a 3-1 record, sweeping Concord before
guiding the Lady Broncos to a come-from-behind victory against
highly regarded Shepherd in the first game on Sunday. Justiniano
had led FSU to five straight wins with the victory over Shepherd,
which came with FSU scoring two runs in the fifth inning and
another in the sixth to prevail.
