Disney Sports Attractions Manager to Deliver Address at Volleyball Luncheon Research Triangle Park, NC

Research Triangle Park, NC… The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association welcomes Ravenn R. Gethers, Sports Manager for Disney Sports Attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort to speak at the Annual CIAA Volleyball Championship Luncheon, Thursday, November 3, 11:30am at the Radisson Hotel, Research Triangle Park.
The Sports Attractions division of the Walt Disney World Resort is in charge of creating and implementing exhilarating sporting experiences for athletes of all ages. Gethers is responsible for programming and planning sports events for the Education and National Organizations Accounts Team, including events such as the North American Football League (NAFL) Championship Weekend and Disney’s Holiday Basketball Classic.
Ravenn is a two-time graduate of Old Dominion University (ODU), having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science and a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Sports Management.
The All-CIAA and Rookie Teams, as well as the Player and Rookie of the Year will be announced and honored at this event.
The CIAA Volleyball Tournament will begin on Friday, November 4, 9:00am at the Leroy Walker Complex, North Carolina Central University.
