NCAA South Atlantic Region Game Times Set

NCAA SOUTH ATLANTIC REGION GAME TIMES SET

Raleigh, NC – Game start times and ticket prices have been set for the upcoming NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball South Atlantic Region Tournament at Shaw University’s C.C. Spaulding Gymnasium.  The tournament first round will tip-off on Friday, March 10, followed by the semi-finals on Saturday, March 11 and the championship on Monday, March 13.  General admission tickets are $10 Adults and $3 for students with a valid ID for each session.

Game times for the tournament are as follows:

Friday, March 10 – FIRST ROUND
Session I
Game 1 – 1:00 p.m.      #2 Wingate College (23-6) vs. #7 S.C. Upstate (16-13)
Game 2 – 3:00 p.m.      #3 Clayton State (24-5) vs. #6 J.C. Smith Univ. (20-10)

Session II
Game 3 – 6:00 p.m.      #1 Shaw Univ. (26-4) vs. #8 Newberry College (18-12)
Game 4 – 8:00 p.m.      #4 N.C. Central (22-6) vs. #5 GA College & State Univ. (17-13)

Saturday, March 11 – SEMIFINALS
Session III
Game 5 – 3:00 p.m.      Winners of Games 1 & 2
Session IV
Game 6 – 7:00 p.m.      Winners of Games 3 & 4

Monday, March 13 – CHAMPIONSHIP
Game 7 – 7:00 p.m.      Winners of games 5 & 6
