Women’s Player of the Week
Celeste Trahan–Elizabeth City State University, 6’2”, SO, Center, Stockton, CA
Trahan averaged 20 points, 15.6 rebounds, 2.6 blocks and 1.3 steals to lead the Lady Vikings to a 2-1 record this week. In ECSU’s 77-66 win over the University of the District of Columbia, Trahan had 25 points and 20 rebounds as she notched the 37th double-double of her career.

Rookie of the Week
Markeya Watson–Bowie State University, 6’0”, FR, Forward, Clinton, MD
Watson pulled down a career-high 20 rebounds and added 16 points and three assists in the Lady Bulldogs’ 59-57 win over Saint Paul’s.

Coach of the Week
Joli Robinson- North Carolina Central University
With three road wins this week, Coach Robinson and the Lady Eagles have won seven straight and improved their record to 20-4 and 11-3 in the CIAA.
