Notes of interest: Thornhill had an outstanding outing against Shaw University. He was nearly perfect from the field connecting on 5-of-6 shots; all of which were from beyond the arc. He finished with 15 points while also dishing out four assists.

Notes of Interest: Trahan reached an amazing milestone with her 70th career double-double with a 23 point and 18 rebound performance against Johnson C. Smith. She has now moved into 11th place on the CIAA's All-Time Scoring list with 1,771 career points and is just one rebound shy of 1,300 boards for her career.

Women's Coach of the Week

University
Coach Taylor guided her team to a 2-1 record this week
with her only loss coming at the hands of Division I Winthrop
University. She led her team to wins over Mars Hill and Elizabeth
City State to remain undefeated at home and in the CIAA.
