Brittany Christian is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.  She graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 2005.  After graduating high school, Christian came to Saint Paul's College to further her education.

Britany Christian While attending Saint Paul's College, Christian was a player for both the volleyball and the women's basketball team. Upon graduating from Saint Paul's College in 2009 with a degree in Biology, Christian began her first job at the Merritt Athletic Club as a health consultant, until early 2010.

Coaching basketball isn't just an idea Christian came up with overnight.

While in high school Brittany worked as an Amateur Athletic Union coach.

Christian also participated in the Final Four Women's Basketball Coaching Association this past summer, a conference held in San Antonio, Texas, for women who wish to pursue a career as a basketball coach.

Christian now holds the position as the assistant coach to Coach Gwendolyn Jackson, the women's head coach.  Just as Coach Jackson, Christian wishes to build a winning team and good character in the players, on and off the court.

Christian plans to complete her master's degree in sports management and administration.  Her goal is to someday start her own basketball training camp.    There is one slogan that Christian often uses to keep herself motivated and would like to also instill in the players as well as others; "Failure Is Not An Option".
