Hampton, VA... The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association is pleased to release its 2006 All-CIAA Volleyball Pre-Season Team as selected by the CIAA Volleyball Coaches Association.
This year's team returns four student-athletes from the first and second teams, respectively.
Our top returning seniors include, Aurea Griffith, SAC (330 kills, .285pct), Crystal Huffman, FSU (109 assists, 7.61avg/g, 327 digs), Desirae Riddick, JCSU (412 kills, 5.15avg/g,.291 pct) and Samantha Joseph, SAC (45 blocks, .63avg/g, 58 aces, .82avg/g).
This weekend, Friday, August 25th, begins the season for the CIAA.
